I purchased 2 griddle tops for the purpose of cooking pancakes for a church youth weekend. The griddle plates were first put on a residential gas stove at low heat. The griddles warped badly even at low heat. They were then placed in a gas grill but the griddle was too far above the flame and would not get up to temperature. Lastly the griddles were place on the camping stove that it is advertised for. The griddles warped badly again. I then went to a hardware store and purchased a different griddle that worked beautifully. Policy states that the griddles cannot be returned because they were used. Do not buy this item. I have always been pleased with Webrestaurant but this item needs to be removed from inventory.; Billy W.

this is the worst customer rip off i have ever seen griddle warps on the first use . i bought the complete set the first time griddle warped on first cooking thought i had not seasoned it right so just bought another one seasoned it longer this time first cooking BAM warped again. worst product i have every bought. webresturant should be ashamed that they offer substandered products.WILL not buy anything from them again
