This fish fryer features a large 13" cooking surface that easily accommodates the included 10 qt. aluminum pot. A perforated basket allows you to drain oil from your fried fish before serving, and can also double as a steamer basket for steaming clams or vegetables. To help you achieve the desired oil temperature, a 5" deep fry thermometer is included. It measures from 100-750 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with a clip so you can secure it to the side of the pot.
